For every game out there that supports multiplayer, there's bound to be a couple of idiots that make life miserable for everyone. Actions may include lagging a game so long that other players quit, posting insults about others, and cheating by hacking into a game. Of course, these actions are not limited to what I said. How do you guys deal with them? The first thing I do is I right click and select "Block user" (if possible). If I can't, then I might write their names down on a post-it note on my computer printer, which is right next to my computer. And sometimes I just insult them back. I mean, it's online.  |

Depeds. Just things like in Brawl taunting and crap i don't care becaus that's funny.
Hacking and stuff like that I first disconect then if they are a hacker in Fire Emblem shadow dragon there is a site that has a board called the Wi-Fi list of cheaters and every time you find a hacker you put them up there.

Cool, that sounds like a good way to catch hackers. Does the list of cheaters thing actually work, though?
Oh yeah, Age of Empires II online for IG Zones has a place where you can post about cheaters with save games and screenshots for proof.

Well it does but the board has no power. So you don't get banned from it it's so if someone fights you they can disconnect.

if i dont have a mic i would just mute the user. as i dont really deal with hackers idk. i mostly deal with stupid ppl. and if i have a mic i insult them back

You make them realize they're an idiot. This is usually tricky, but is satisfying when it pays off. In fact, I happen to have a whole series of PSN messages from someone who's well knwon in the MGO boards as an idiot. It's really quite funny.

I tend to insult them back, hack them back (yes i can hack) I hack their laptop and shut it down from my laptop so they cant keep hacking the game, if they cheat i cheat on my own character and finish them off there then stop cheating. I piss other players, by insulting them and keeping going till they log off and quit the game for good. If they say they're unbeatable i fight them and end up winning

I need devices to hack such as AR but once I have one i'm pretty inovative with the codes i'm given I also can't make them but i'm good at finding good uses for them I usually never cheat online though because I don't want to get banned.

In most cases, they'll support you in that if you can give video proof that the other team/players cheated first. I had to deal with this alot when I played Metal Gear Online. |
