My family and I eat Chinese food for dinner 99% of the time, and the 1% is for American restaurants or pizza.
I have no clue what Americans eat for their dinner. Do they eat salad?
For lunch on weekends we eat Chinese food left over from the day before's dinner. Sometimes we eat spaghetti or something else.
I know this is stupid, but I don't know what Americans eat for lunch either. fries? hamburgers? It's so different from what we eat.

depends on the family, really. There are no actual cultural American meals, in my opinion. For lunch, I eat what the school cafeteria serves, or a sandwich with all kinds of fixin's, and for dinner, sometimes we have pizza, sometimes we have steak, sometimes we have hot dogs, other days we have pasta.

My family eats different food each night. For lunch us Americans usually buy whatever's available in the cafeteria or we bring lunch from home. I usually bring lunch from home to save me some $$.

But lunch in the cafe usually tastes better (at least that's the case for me). The chicken patties are good.

Yes, Americans LOVE variety.
I've also heard from talking to people of other countries that Americans love salt and sweet tasting things more than other countries do. We add sugar and/or salt to practically everything.

Yeah, I rarely have an american meal. My mom sometimes would try, but, it's still not quite right. Hahahaha.
I like the plain bagles with the cream cheese.
Yeah, I drive my family up the wall, because I think the meals they cook is too bland. They go nuts because I like tasty things.
