How is the seeding determined for playoffs if the Celtics and Cavs end up with the same record and a season series of 2-2 (which could happen this season)?

I just checked it out. Unfortunately, there seems to be 100 & 1 different tie-breaking articles there. I'll have to look for it in more detail....

Celtics lost . And I believe if C's and Cavs both have the same head-to-head record, then the conference records could determine who finishes ahead of each other. Or it could be the common-teams record.

And Kobe is Lakers's whole team. Well they still got Pau but if Kobe goes down then they don't have that presence that makes them tough. Note: Celtics lost to the Heat without the following players: Rajon Rondo, Kevin Garnett, Brian Scalabrine, Tony Allen, and Glen Davis. .

Boston is currently beating Memphis 100-92 with 3:38 left in the 4th. Inthe 4th quarter so far, Grizzlies scored 11 and the Celtics 21... They probably will win, but you never know. Keep watching.

Nice! Now the celtics only have to pray that the cavs start losing games so they can get in first place.
