ROLE PLAYING BOARD Guidelines
Last Modified: March 13, 2009
In an effort to increase orginization on this site, and noting that many people will want some RPGs to themselves, I have decided to set Private and Open RPGS.
A thread with "
On the other hand, OPEN [O] RPGS are threads that allow ANYONE to join! You do not need to ask the thread creator or anything like that--just join in the fun!
I hope that has helped some of you. Please, if you have questions, comments, suggestions, post them.

- Do not spam in this board! Here are examples of spamming if celtics34dude and I were posting in a RPG thread:
- "Daniel walked near celtics34dude."
- "Celtics34dude hit him."
- "Daniel screamed." (in short, please make your RPGS detailed and not boring as then the RPG board will have no use).
- "Daniel walked near celtics34dude."
- Do not kill, hurt, or perform a harmful or unwanted action on another member in an RPG without their permission.
- Do not barge in a Private RPG without first getting the thread creator's permission (more on this in the Private and Open RPGS).
- If you are the creator of an RPG and you want a minimum sentence requirement, you must say so in YOUR FIRST POST! And if a member does not meet the posting criteria then you can inform me via the Report to Admin link. If I catch someone not posting enough, I will just inform them that the thread creator wants lengthy posts. If members continue to disrespect a member's RPG thread, they will be warned. Also, sentences should be of a normal length and not like these:
- "Hi," he replied.
- "Wow."
- I ran.
- She waved. (These sentences are too brief for RPG.)
- "Hi," he replied.

A thread with "
" before the thread title, means that the thread is PRIVATE! In other words, here is what a private rpg is:
1. New members should not simply click on a
thread and post RPGs in that thread.
2. If you want to join a thread, please contact the thread creator for more information.
3. The thread creator should take it in his/her responsibility to mark a thread as
or [O] and also state, preferably in the first post, WHO SHOULD BE POSTING IN THE THREAD!
So if someone made a thread and said:
Members Allowed To RPG:
-Adskjfas (made up member)
-aslkdh (made up member)
then this other made up member: ldsjf88 should not post in the thread, rather he/she should contact the thread creator.
