What do you all think of these two movies? Personally, I was a big fan of the first one but (as normally is the case) I get a little disappointed with the second movie. The second movie had some merits, but it didn't provide me with an emotion appeal like the first one did when the father and son were reunited.

The first one was good, the second one was okay. There seemed to be more action in the first one though. The second one was entirely based on a competition.

I liked it in the first movie when all the kids were going over to a poor rich boy's birthday party. The ending was hilarious.

I actually felt sorry for that guy. His parents were basically controlling his life.

According to the Rottem Tomatoes site, Cheaper By the Dozen 2 got an average movie rating of 3.7/10. People must have really disliked this movie ... check out all those comments when you scroll down the page! I only read the first page of comments, though. My favorite one is "It's the snobs vs. the slobs! And this holiday's no picnic!"* The first Cheaper By the Dozen got a rating of 4.5/10. *Copyright of Marrit Ingman.

Both movies aren't that popular I guess. They were okay though.

I really think the first one should have gotten a rating of at least 7. It was a great comedy show that had a touch of family love near the end. The second movie was a little lacking, but it still was somewhat comical.

Yeah the first one was better than the second one. I guess it's getting old now... I loved watching movies with families that had a lot of kids like this one... idk why lol.

It's probably because you could get a full 7 on 7 football match with 2 parents and 12 kids. Now, you might get overmatched teams in some ways ....
