So...does anyone play Stratego? ;D
I've only played 4 games of Stratego in my entire life, but they've been enormously fun. I really like the secrecy and planning involved since you are basically forced to memorize what the opponent's pieces are (i.e. which ones are the bombs, which one is the marshall, etc.).
On a final note, I'd like to say that I've won all 4 games. So my current record is 4 wins, 0 losses.

I played this with my cousin (he taught me the game) and I played with your brother once in class. It's pretty cool and yeah, lots of memorizing involved.

Nice to see a glimmer of interest in the game.
The key is basically memorizing where the bombs (level 3), the marshall (level 10), and the spy (level S) are. Of course, levels 7,8,and 9 are important as well. Typically what I do in these games is have my flag tucked away in a corner surrounded by three bombs, and in the other corner, I have another pack of 3 bombs, but that's to act as a decoy to trick my opponent. It's worked for me in the past.
