Time for the first poll of the sports discussion board! ;D What major sport are you interested in?Please don't be offended if I haven't included your favorite sport here. I have only included some of the sports which I think are very popular in the United States. You may select up to 5 answer choices. For the record, I chose Basketball, Soccer, Track and Ultimate Frisbee (4 choices). I play for my school team in Soccer and Track, and I play Basketball and Ultimate frisbee outside of school, just for fun. There are some other sports, though, that I have participated in, such as golf. However, I'm honestly not that thrilled with the sport right now, as well as some others such as bowling, which I am not so good with.

I chose Basketball cause I play basketball right now for an outside-of-school league. I also chose XC simply because I LOVE IT! I've ran it for the last 3 years and it's a fun sport. Also I used to play baseball but I don't know why I quit lol. I still love to watch baseball anyway. Hockey is a fast-growing sport that I'm getting fond of right now. I actually wish I could play hockey (I don't know how to skate that well anyway). And football is an awesome sport that I love to watch all the time. I also used to play football for 2 years in the Pop Warner level.

Wow! It looks like you were involved in plenty of sports just like I was. Of course, now that I've gotten a bit older, I've had to give up on a few sports that I've done in the past and focus on just a select few (hint hint, soccer). I never really got involved in extreme contact sports like hockey and football, although soccer has more than enough physical contact. I would imagine that at a high level, watching football is much more enjoyable than actually playing. The same might go for hockey. Although again, I'm not very involved in those two sports so I can't say for sure.
Anyone else want to tell us what their favorite and/or major sports are?

Interesting. So it's now soccer vs. basketball in a 3-vote tie. I wonder who else will vote to possibly tip the balance. Or maybe they'll vote for both like I did.

No problem. ;D
Out of curiosity, what did you vote for? I see 1 vote for swimming, and it looks like no one else selected that so I'm assuming you picked that.
EDIT: 200th post! ;D
(king, if you want, you can make your own thread in the Introductions board to get an even bigger welcome.)
