I'm sure some of you have to have this great program. I just upgraded to Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended. I used to have CS2, before than 7.
Really, I just love playing around in it half of the time. Looking at tutorials, and making my own graphics.
Do any of you have Photoshop?

I have Photoshop. Sadly, I rarely use it. Hopefully that will change since I'm taking a Photoshop class in high school for the next year.
Did you make your signature and avatar from Photoshop?

That would be cool to take a Photoshop class. And yeah, I did.

Nice job. Did you ever take a class? Judging from the wording of your last post, I don't think so.

Thanks Nope. Not for Photoshop. I took one for InDesign and supposedly this year I will for TV Production and Adobe Premiere. I just have to stick to tutorials.

My dad purchased Photoshop.

My dad brought mine home from his work a long time ago, and we both like it, since it's a very powerful tool. So we upgraded to CS2 when it came out, and then again when CS4 came out (instead of upgrading every time)

I have CS3 I think, but I don't really use it very often. I'm a logical/technical thinker, so despite the fact that I can come up with really cool, creative stuff, I can't really draw it. At all. I can describe 'em pretty well though.

It's on Adobe's web site. Search Adobe Photoshop on google and it should be the first thing that comes up.
You can download a trial.

Yeah, I think you can get older versions of it so much cheaper though.

GIMP is free. I've never used it, but I've seen pictures and it looks the same.

GIMP is free. I've never used it, but I've seen pictures and it looks the same. =] It can't be as powerful as Photoshop is, though. What does GIMP not have that Photoshop has? Just curious.
