You guys have until July 15th to do this. I will wait until that day and send my picks since if the Mets keep crashing the way they are right now, I won't include them.

Well they are sending there pre picks, where they can change them at any time before the deadline. I am also going to do that.

Angels are now in 1st place after having a terrible start. Right now the following teams would be in the playoffs if it started today (seeding): AL: (1) Boston Red Sox (2) New York Yankees (3) Los Angeles Angels (4) Detroit Tigers NL: (1) Los Angeles Dodgers (2) San Francisco Giants (3) Milwaukee Brewers (4) Philadelphia Phillies And to let you know Dan, the Mets are basically sinking, 2 games under .500 right now. Last week, the Red Sox had a 5-game lead over New York. Today, if the Sox lose (right now they're losing 4-1), then they would have a 2-game edge. For a more, complete information on the current MLB standings, click here! From all of those information, it's best if you either wait till the last day to send all of your picks in, or send in picks every couple of days until the last day where you could send in your official picks.

The seedings are wrong. Wild Card teams are 4th seed. unless teams from 1st and 4th seed are in the same division if tht happens then the wild card team is ranked 3

Yeah I wasn't aware of that rule.
Corrections:
AL: (1) Red Sox (2) Angels (3) Yankees (4) Tigers
NL: (1) Dodgers (2) Brewers (3) Giants (4) Phillies

So for the "scoring" process, how about we each get 1 point for each correct TEAM AND SEED (selecting the Dodgers, for instance, but not giving them the right seed counts as no point). If there is a tie, then here is my proposed tie-breaker method:
1. The most amount of correctly picked teams, without regard for seeds. So if I pick the Dodgers, but didn't pick the right seed, then that doesn't help me in the original contest, but if there is a tie, then I would get an advantage since I picked the right team to be in the playoffs.
2. The most amount of first-seeded teams picked.
If there's still a tie afterwards, then it's a tie.

All the picks that have been sent in don't have the seeds as I said that you don't need them. I will think about it
