Version 3 Skin - PLEASE PROVIDE SUGGESTIONS

Hi everyone. I was thinking that Mega Chillax should convert to a new skin sometime in the next few months for version 3 (we are currently on version 2). However, I want to pick a skin that you guys like, so you'll have to provide the suggestions.

I already got word that Dark Boy Sabata wants a lighter skin, which basically means that we have a white background (or somewhat white) and black text. However, are there any other suggestions? The forum width? The images that we use? A "theme"?

How would you like the sports theme to be part of the skin?

I would think the best spots for a sports theme are in the banner (we can have 2 or 3 different athletes from different sports on at once) or the on and off icons to the left of every board description (an image of a bright basketball if the board has new posts or an image of a dim basketball if the board has no new posts).

well we would have 2 make more than 1. we should make 1 4 each persons fav sports teams. u choose 4 sport teams from any sport and put them on a skin

Yeah but that would be a LOT of skins made. It might just lag the site or something like that.

Dan, I've always wanted a black and green skin... remember?

Having more than 1 skin with different head and base images is very complex.

It's going to be me who's doing this (unless someone else can do so) so be patient. Our third skin won't come until the summer (or, until after school ends).

We just got V2, and now you want V3? I think we should hold this off for a couple months. Besides having it too early is kinda stupid.

I'm fine with skin this anyway, but I don't like a sport theme.

don't make it too light. It's bad on my eyes. I like the V2 skin. I don't care about the dark colors. But maybe a lighter skin would be good because the V2 skin kind of seem gloomy to me sometimes

Bring back the same color sceme form the v1 darkness and the defult color for v2

Not until December ... that's a pretty long wait for a skin. The summer's when I have the most free time anyway.

I'm hoping to have a banner that integrates sports, video games, movies, books, music, and anything else of interest to Mega Chillax.

The other thing is one of the sites I go on www.gamefacts.com has only gone through about 5 skin changes in the time it has been up and it's a really really old site!
