I think Mega Chillax needs to get a lighter skin.
White text on a black background causes major eye strain, which isn't good for your returning users. It also gives a light reflectance rate of 16:1, while a white background would give a 3:1 ratio (Which is recommended).

Good points, JRIO. For version 3 of Mega Chillax, which will hopefully come out sometime in a month or two, I am planning on having the background be white or a light color and the text be black. The current default text is actually not white, but aqua-colored. I posted a topic in the Website Feedback thread asking members if they thought the current text default color was too bright. Only Mongoose replied, and he said he thought it was fine. Where did you find the 3:1 and the 16:1 ratios? If you want, I am willing to make the text slightly "grayer" to make it easier on the eyes. The aqua color doesn't bother my eyes, but I take all members' opinions into consideration. EDIT: I posted this pic on the "text colors" thread and I'll do it here.

I never thought of those stats. Pretty nice 'research' there JRIO. We should make a new version that will include a lighter background.

I modified the default text color for this skin. Before it was a bright aqua color, now it's a dimmer turquoise color.
What do you think JRIO?

It's a lot easier on my eyes than before, I'm glad you guys are considering my idea.

Hey, you're welcome. So I guess we'll stick with this color, which I like as well. Hopefully you'll be able to stick around with us, JRIO, this week since it seems like a lot of members may be away for vacation.
