After about an hour of installing the skin, I felt safe to lift the maintenance mode of this site. The Mega Chillax version 2 skin (Black and Blue) has officially become our default skin! If you haven't already, please adjust your skins appropriately by clicking "PROFILE," then "MODIFY PROFILE," then "SELECT SKIN" and choose "Mega Chillax - V2 - Black and Blue," and then click "MODIFY PROFILE" at the bottom of the page.
This skin has images for virtually everything -- words (such as REPLY, NEW THREAD, etc.), new menu bars, new icons, and others.
As far as what else has changed since version 1, not much. All the codes from Version 1 were successfully transfered to version 2. Overall, I have to say that I think the skin looks great.
