He had a good preseason game against the Rams but that's just preseason... not the real deal.
I can see the Giants and Eagles being atop the NFC East this year. Eagles have NFL's #10 defense or something like that... and Giants have NFL's #2 defense behind the Steelers. So I think both of them could go deep into the postseason this year.
